What happens once the form is in

    Receipt number

    The page shows a receipt number the moment the inquiry is stored. Quote it in any later email and we find the thread in seconds.

    A person reads it

    One of the support engineers, not a bot, reads the notes. If you named your largest assembly or your solver needs, they check fit against the product limits before writing back.

    Installer or quote

    A trial request gets the Windows installer link and a 30-day key. A quote request gets a written figure at list price, or a volume figure for five seats or more, valid for 30 days. Educational seats are verified by your institution's email domain.

    Purchase order

    You buy by purchase order or invoice. There is no stored card and no auto-renewal. A maintenance year at $590 per seat is offered separately and is optional.

Is the trial a cloud demo?

No. It is the full Windows installer for Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11, 64-bit, and runs for 30 days on your own machine. Files stay on your disk. When the trial ends, sws-view still opens everything you saved.

Can I buy without talking to anyone?

There is no checkout. You send the form, we send a written quote, you raise a purchase order. For a single Standard seat at list that exchange is two emails. A perpetual licence with no subscription is the default, not a special deal.

How does a floating network licence work?

Seats are served from your own licence server on your network, priced per concurrent seat, with a minimum of five. We do not host it. Put your seat count and edition in the form and the quote comes back itemised.

Is the student CAD seat really free?

Yes, $0 for accredited students and faculty, verified by your institution's email domain. It carries Standard features and puts a watermark on drawing exports. Commercial work on an educational seat is not allowed.

Do you answer outside 09:00 to 18:00 Central?

Messages are read the next business morning. The one-business-day first reply is counted inside support hours, so weekends and US public holidays do not count toward it.

Who should not send this form?

Anyone who needs macOS, Linux, a browser tool, a cloud tenant or CFD. We offer none of them, and a quick no now is better than a lost month. If your assemblies run well past 50,000 parts, say so in the notes and we will tell you honestly what the reference benchmark shows.
