You are dealing with Solld Workss, trading as Solldworkss at solld-workss.click, 94 Industrial Blvd, Büro 5, Austin, Texas 68171, United States. Phone +1 (272) 555-1922. We write and sell the Solldworkss parametric CAD application for Windows 10 22H2 and Windows 11.

The site describes the software, publishes documentation and benchmark figures, runs the Fit Check, takes enquiries and hosts a support chat. It links to the trial installer once we send you a key.

It does not host your geometry, run a cloud tenant or process payments. There is no browser version of the modeller. Benchmark numbers such as the 1.4-second rebuild on the reference 50,000-part assembly describe our test hardware; your hardware gives its own numbers.

There is no cart, no checkout and no stored card. A price on a page, or the maintenance estimate the Fit Check prints, is an estimate and not a binding quote. It turns into an order like this:

1. You send the inquiry form or write to us. We reply within one business day.
2. We send a written quote naming seats, edition, maintenance and the total in USD. It is valid for the period printed on it.
3. You accept the quote in writing or with a purchase order. We invoice.
4. On payment, we issue licence keys. The licence clause below starts on that date.

On payment we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and run the licensed edition of Solldworkss on the number of seats paid for. A node-locked seat runs on one Windows machine at a time; you may move it to a new machine by releasing the old activation. A floating network licence runs as many concurrent sessions as concurrent seats bought, served from your own licence server, with a minimum of five seats.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent or reverse-engineer the binaries, except where the law allows it and cannot be contracted away. The .swsx format specification is published separately and may be implemented freely. The sws-view reader stays usable for your files after maintenance lapses. Educational seats are for teaching and study only and carry a watermark on drawing exports; commercial work on them breaches this licence.

All prices are in US dollars, before any sales tax that applies to your location. List prices are on the pricing page: a Standard perpetual seat at $2,490 and a Professional seat at $3,890 one-time, maintenance at $590 per seat per year. A maintenance year runs 12 months from key issue and covers updates, patch releases and email support.

A price changes with seat count, edition, add-ons, floating versus node-locked, and any volume terms in a quote. We may change list prices for future quotes. A quote you hold is honoured at its printed figure until it expires.

Do not send spam or scripted submissions through the form or chat. Do not probe, scan or overload the server, try to reach areas that are not linked from public pages, or scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others. Do not post anyone else's personal data into the chat, or anything unlawful. Do not share trial or licence keys publicly.

The site's text, photographs, diagrams, the SOLLDWORKSS wordmark and the software are owned by Solld Workss. You may quote short passages and link to any page. You own every model, drawing and file you create in the software; we claim nothing in your geometry and never receive it.

The website and its contents, including the Fit Check, are provided as is. Simulation results are an engineering aid. A linear static study does not replace a qualified engineer's judgement, physical testing or a code check, and we do not warrant that a design analysed in the software is safe for its use. Apart from the 30-day warranty above, we give no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted operation, to the extent the law permits.

Our total liability arising from the site or a licence is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. For a visitor who has paid nothing, the limit is US $100. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, production downtime or indirect and consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything else Texas law does not allow to be limited.

We may block an IP address or end a chat that breaches the conduct clause, without notice. We may terminate a licence for a material breach, such as resale or key sharing, that is not cured within 30 days of written notice. A paid perpetual licence is not withdrawn for any other reason, and the sws-view reader stays available to you either way.

Enquiries are kept 36 months, chat transcripts 6 months, server logs 90 days, and a data request is answered within 7 days. The full detail, with the legal basis for each, is in the privacy policy; cookies are itemised on the cookie ledger.

These terms and any licence run under the law of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. A dispute is heard in the courts of Austin, Texas. Before filing, either side writes to the other and allows 30 days to settle it. A consumer keeps any protection the law of their home state gives that cannot be waived.

We publish a change on this page with a new effective date in the rail, at least 30 days before it applies. Customers with an active maintenance year also get it by email. A change never reaches back into a licence already paid for.
